실행(윈도우키+ R) -> gpedit.msc 입력   ->  관리템플릿  ->  시스템

 

Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair  -> 더블클릭

 

사용 선택

 

Contact Windows Update directly to download repair

content instead Windows Server Update Services

(SWUS)(WSUS(Windows server Update Services) 대신

Windows 업데이트에 직접 연결하여 복구 콘텐츠 다운로드) 선택

 

 

 

위 그림처럼 적용 후  NetFramework 3.5 다시 설치.

적용후에도 설치가 실패할 경우가 있음. 다시한번 설치 진행시 설치 정상적으로 완료 됨.
